The Focus Group’s Interaction and Business Management Development Programmes provide managers (at supervisor, middle management or executive level), and customer-engaging business specialists and administrators, with foundational interaction management skills to manage both teams and client business relationships.

The Five over-arching themes, each with a series of learning bytes (or modules) have been provided for our Clients to ‘pick and choose’ those modules that have relevance to their training and development needs.

All courses include Course Material delivered digitally.

Course Duration: 

Individual Programmes include 4 x one hour dedicated Zoom sessions with the Programme Facilitator.

Company Programmes take place over 1 – 4 days and are delivered by the Programme Facilitator via Zoom during COVID-19 Lockdown.
