ADMINISTRATION OF YOUR PAYROLL
ONCE-OFF SET UP TASKS
- Set up your payroll on our computer system and processing personal information for employees.
- Set up of your medical aid and retirement funding contributions on our computer payroll package.
- Processing of annual leave balances based on information provided by you
- Set-up of all required statutory payments, including PAYE, UIF, Workman's Compensation and Skills Development levies
- Preparation of the payroll for employees including the processing of any overtime or leave paid out
- Administration of the salaries bank account
- Attending to the payment of net salaries by direct debit to employees' bank accounts
- Preparing and issuing payslips to each employee
- Completion and submission of payroll associated returns (PAYE, UIF, Skills Levy), Medical Aid and Retirement Fund contributions and processing the necessary electronic payments
- Processing employees' annual leave days taken
Preparation of the annual tax reconciliation and return form as required by the tax regulations and issuing employees with their annual tax certificates.
