Leigh Ann Meinert, the founder of our company, holds a B.A. Degree and a postgraduate marketing qualification from Natal University. Leigh Ann is responsible for ICT Recruitment and Executive Search.

Tumi Sefolo is our empowerment shareholder. Tumi has a B.Com degree from Unisa and is currently completing her MBA at the Gordon Institute of Business Science. Tumi has substantial experience in the recruitment industry, both in the public and private sectors.

Michelle Russell is responsible for Permanent Recruitment Services.

Michelle Nenkov is responsible for Temporary Recruitment Services.

Carl Chemaly, M.A.P. (Wits), who has substantial experience in the areas of employee benefits and financial planning, is in charge of Employee Benefit and Health Care Services.

Joanne Kinnear is responsible for Client Service and Administration (Employee Benefits).

Thane Bosch (Certified Financial Planner) is responsible for Focus Wealth, a specialist division that deals with the financial planning needs of senior executives.

Gavin Sher holds a B.Soc.Sc. and a post graduate degree in human resource management. Gavin is the General Manager of The Focus Group as well as being responsible for Human Resource Consulting and Psychometric Assessment Services.

Ovadia Kaempf (B.Com (Hons)) is our Financial Director and, in addition, heads up our Payroll Outsourcing Division.

Furthermore, we are supported by a team of 20 highly experienced and professional consultants and support staff, all of whom are capable of delivering the quality of service to which we are committed, and which you as a client would expect.
